Submission Guidelines

Eligibility & Team

  • Team-based submission (Max 5 members)
  • Leader: Master’s or Doctoral Student
  • Members: Advisors, Organizations, Investors

Required Files

  • Fill out the online application form
  • 4–6 Images (JPG/PNG)
  • Video Clip (MP4/MOV, Max 3 mins, Max 500MB, Min 1080p)
🎓 For Graduate Students (Graduation Requirement)
If you intend to use this submission to fulfill your graduate degree requirements, you must attach a detailed project report (3 - 15 pages) comprising the following sections:

Award Format and Evaluation Criteria

Judging is based on criteria-based evaluation, without ranking 1st to 3rd places. All participating teams have the opportunity to receive awards based on their scores, including Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals, Trophies, and Special Prizes, according to the specified criteria.

Enhances the empirical achievements of students, which can be concretely used to support the attainment of curriculum goals and Key Results (OKRs).
